Welcome to Massage & Meditation. This is the website I use when I'm active on the mainland, as I'm normally based in the Outer Hebrides. I'm English and enjoy a variety of different work, ranging from Massage to Fitness to Adventure Snorkelling and Pancakes!!

I enjoy travel and combine my busy trips with family visits and relaxing, tranquil 'boat life', surrounded by moor hens, ducks and swans to name just a few!

I'm fortunate to be able to work at 'The Manor' - Tur Langton, via 'The Wellness Rooms', within the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. I can also provide a mobile service if this is a preferred option or if you require an appointment after 8 pm.

When requested, I occasionally cater for Hen Nights and offer Artistic services. I don't work through agencies - contact me directly and cut out the middleman ... or middlewoman and all their individual salaries!!

My Massage is great for aches and pains, niggling stubborn issues or just for pure relaxation! Better than any spa!

I'll be travelling again soon once a set amount of clients have contacted me to request a booking.

I had the most amazing 3 hour massage with Tom last week!

I always thought 3 hours would be too long but that is certainly not the case. I have been to spas before where you book to have a 45 min or 1 hr session and by the time they get you in, talk you through everything and let you get changed, you're down to more like half an hour! Tom doesn't do that. He talks you through everything and is highly professional. Anything you would like him to focus on or adapt his massage to, he is always willing and able to provide. I have been having some lower back trouble so he focused on that and a week later, I still feel great, no more pain.

The price is incredible, I've never had a massage with such care, detail and effectiveness for such a low price. Tom is great, the consummate professional and I will definitely be booking in again soon. We're also looking at booking him one evening for a girlie pamper night which I think is a brilliant idea.
